Create a new chain YAML definition file in festivals/chains/.

fest chain create [flags]

Options

      --goal string   chain goal description
  -h, --help          help for create
      --name string   chain name (required)

Options inherited from parent commands

      --config string   config file (default: ~/.config/fest/config.json)
      --debug           enable debug logging
      --no-color        disable colored output
      --verbose         enable verbose output
